The Comtact Mobile Compliance Suite has been designed to capture, monitor, store and retrieve all of the following forms of mobile electronic communications, whether they take place on corporate BlackBerry® and also other smartphone devices:
- Fully Compliant - It captures all popular forms of mobile electronic communication including voice calls, SMS, webmail, Instant Messaging, social networking sites, BlackBerry® Mail and Messaging, BlackBerry® PIN-PIN and Bloomberg Messaging

- Business communication only - The administrator-managed whitelist means that you can specify personal phone numbers and email addresses to be ‘whitelisted' so that these communications are not recorded
- Resilient - Real time message capture that doesn't rely purely on BlackBerry® Exchange Server (BES) log files ensures continuity in the case of BES downtime, as messages are captured in real time, not historically. This also means web-based messaging that bypasses the BES is also captured
- Ease of use - The user experience does not change and no training is required. The full CLI presentation allows users to recognise and return calls in the normal way, whilst full DTMF tone functionality allows users to access voicemail etc
- Real Time Protection - Optional rules-based real time alerting via Mobile Surveillance ModuleTM monitors the electronic communication flow in real time and sends alerts, based on predetermined rules, allowing you to immediately act upon any potentially damaging dialogue
- Flexible - Our compliant storage option is a flexible engine that provides storage, recording, archiving and retrieval of all forms of communication irrespective of where they were originally recorded and archived. The dashboard allows Compliance officers to confirm the current compliance status of your recorded data and any tampering
- Business Continuity Planning - The on-site solution can be integrated into your existing business continuity strategy, allowing for automated failover and call prioritisation across the enterprise. The hosted solution is built to be fully resilient and can also be used as a back-up option for on-site solutions
- Never miss a call - By integrating with Fixed Line Voice via Comtact's award winning DDI Resilience service, ensuring that even if your business has suffered an incident all incoming calls are redirected appropriately to an alternate site and ensuring that in the event of the alternative destination being a mobile that the call is recorded
