From our UK Service Delivery Centre we provide our clients with direct access to our specialist mobile team – who know your estate inside and out, and can deal with your issues whether they be technical or account related.
Our standard service consists of routine management features (such as activation, administration, hardware provision, SIM card replacement, billing administration via our portal and fault coordination). This service can be supplemented with enhanced options, such as on-site transition management, advanced tariff management and unnecessary spend reduction review.
Onto its standard offering, Comtact also offer its cloud based mobile device security management platform which allows its customers to secure their smart phones and tablets (be they Company or employee owned, or a Hybrid of both) via intelligence policy and data leak prevention technology.
