This network consists of over 50 carefully selected and fully accredited partners, through which Comtact are able to provide international continuity on any delivery for our multinational customers. Our partner network contributes towards Comtact being able to provide global support, including engineering, on-site support and logistical “smart hands” assistance across international boundaries, where the key requirement is being able to get skilled resource to site when remote access techniques alone do not meet the requirement.
We centrally control our SLA driven partner network through our Service Delivery Centre and Project Management Office, bringing cost efficiency, service continuity plus added insight of local knowledge, customs and relationships. Our approach stands in contrast to that offered by “global providers” who although have the on paper international headcount, often fail to deliver cohesively as they are in reality fragmented business units with dissimilar objectives, management methods, skills pools, contracts and SLA standards.
