Typical Projects covered by Customer Service Credits
Our remote consultants will undertake a range of projects from our state-of-the-art service delivery centre, which typically fall outside the normal scope of maintenance to analyse such aspects as network performance down to a MAC of name or extension, changing a telephone hunt group and or setting up a function such as voicemail etc.
How the Customer Service Credits Work
- All credits are valid for 12 months
- All work will be carried out remotely from our leading edge Service Delivery Centre (not on customer site)
- Typically a 4-hour turnaround from service request, subject to availability. Response time will be confirmed following placement of order
