With infrastructure located in secure UK data centres, our services are assessed against the recognised international standard ISO 27001, and are subject to regular audits, assessments and inspections by certification bodies, regulators and accreditors.
Started in 2012, the G-Cloud framework gives public sector organisations a flexible means of choosing and purchasing services covering infrastructure, platform, software and specialist cloud services, enabling them to reduce costs by moving to a pay as you go model and speeding up organisational benefits.
By 2015, the UK government will look to funnel 50% of all new IT spend through the programme’s G-Cloud framework, aiming to realise savings of up to £100 million per year by enabling purchasers to easily find and compare low-cost, high-quality solutions.

Information Security Management (ISO 27001)
Of the utmost importance to Comtact is the protection of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data: both Comtact’s own and that entrusted to Comtact by its clients. Comtact’s ISO 27001 certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) is based upon a robust framework of information security policies and procedures. This methodology constantly assesses for a wide variety of threats and vulnerabilities that, if left unchecked, may compromise information assets or the supporting assets upon which they depend for their security.
IT Service Management (ISO 20000)
Comtact acknowledges that the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) represents best practice in the field of IT Service Management, and its service management processes align with the ITIL v3 aligned process framework.
