Founded in 2005 by Dominic List to provide converged voice, data and networking solutions, Comtact helps its customers reduce cost by harnessing the power of technology to drive business efficiency and consolidating their IT contracts whilst enhancing the customer contact experience.
Comtact's key priority is delivering the best customer experience for all of our customers no matter the size of their business or the length of time with the company. Each of our staff is trained to consider the customer in everything they do and ensure a positive outcome no matter what the enquiry or issue.
Our network operation engineers are in a front desk position helping customers to reduce transaction times. We pride ourselves on having a higher ratio of account support people to customers than our competitors, therefore our staff are not just fielding inbound calls, but are proactive and able to innovate. To continually deliver a high quality service and look at ways to improve it, we regularly use CSQ and NetPromoter generating consistent feedback from our customers.
Comtact's consultative approach and the fact we are not obliged to exclusively work with one supplier means we can deliver solutions that are best suited to our customer not our bottom line. Our procurement of large contracts such as the largest wireless solution for Motorola in the whole of Europe has led to Comtact being able to provide some of the best rates on the market.
